Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
As a key player in our Engineering teams, you will develop software within product delivery/systems/platform teams, contributing to engineering quality, coaching and mentoring entry-level Software Engineers. You will demonstrate passion for your craft through user-centric, reliable and scalable solutions.
This role requires a fully autonomous professional responsible for improving the technical alignment, health and engineering practices within a team. The ideal candidate should have significant back-end development experience in Ruby on Rails, 5 to 8 years of software development experience and strong experience in agile software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing software within product delivery/systems/platform teams
Contributing to engineering quality
Couching and mentoring entry-level Software Engineers
Demonstrating passion for your craft through user-centric, reliable and scalable solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have:
Siginificant back-end development experience in Ruby on Rails
5 to 8 years of software development experience
Strong experience in agile software development practices
A solid understanding of and experience with AWS services
