**How will I help?**

We are seeking an Executive Manager, Value Chain & Controls Management, Risk in Change. In this role, you'll proactively identify, manage, mitigate, and monitor risks within the Consumer Division, including Consumer Transformation. Your focus will be on key risk management programs centred around controls and our value chains. You'll also support Delivered Risk for significant projects across the Consumer Division and the UNITE program.

Leading a dedicated team of risk professionals, you'll support the division in managing, reporting, and enhancing obligations and controls, focusing on areas that require improvement. You'll adopt value chain views and insights as needed, setting and achieving divisional targets related to control outcomes, and optimising the volume of controls within the division. Collaborating with the BCM Chapter, you'll work towards achieving broader organisational outcomes and influence leaders and control owners across various lines of business to review, optimise, and enhance control performance.

Through a flow-to-work model, you'll oversee Delivered Risk across agreed projects with the Line of Business, COO Transformation teams, and large group strategic initiatives. Additionally, you'll support reporting outcomes for risk and controls across the business, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly changing environment.

**What do I need?**

To succeed in this role, you'll need outstanding people management and leadership skills, along with exceptional stakeholder management abilities. With over 15 years of experience in risk management frameworks, you'll bring deep expertise in consumer bank non-financial management or compliance. Your demonstrated experience in developing and embedding risk concepts and tools, along with leading group or divisional regulatory changes, will set you apart.
