**About the role**

We're looking for Residential Support Workers to join us in supporting our clients with complex needs; living in our South East Melbourne residential homes. Your responsibilities would include:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Manual handling, including hoist transfers and wheelchair assistance
- Proficiency in AUSLAN required
- As an experienced support worker you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric._
- As a support worker you are required to have the following:_
- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children's Check
- Up-to-date Covid 19 vaccinations
