Responsibilities Supporting the Director and other Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operationsMotivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellencePromoting a positive working relationship across the teamEnsuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operationsFostering team members achieving their career goals Qualifications 5 years leadership experience ideally working in a Casino IndustryExcellent relationship building skillsStrong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirementsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity About you You will need to demonstrate accountability, resource management, cost control and effective leadership in people management coupled with effective communication and motivational skills.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Electronic Gaming operations at The Star Sydney.
