**About the Role**
We're seeking friendly and reliable **Community Domestic Workers** to support our clients with home-based services such as cleaning, social support, and transport. You'll work independently in the community, helping older people remain in their homes safely and comfortably.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform household tasks - vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, meal prep
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Transport clients to appointments or outings (if required)
- Follow care plans and support client goals
- Observe and report changes in client health or wellbeing
- Participate in training, meetings, and improvement initiatives

**What You Need**
**Essential**:

- Full Australian driver's licence
- Access to a registered, reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
- Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

**Desirable**:

- First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certificates
- Experience in aged care or community support
- Understanding of Italian culture and/or language
