**Job Description** The Gig**
We're looking for an Enterprise Coordinator to manage the implementation, partner relationships, media campaigns and on platform interactions performance for our national agency and direct partners, with the purpose of ensuring a great customer experience. The role will also enable our Customer Success and Sales team members to spend more time on strategic activities that drive revenue growth and customer impact.
**Responsibilities**:
Media campaign management:
- Coordinate, build, and monitor client media campaigns using Braze
- Manage end-to-end EDM campaign and liaise with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy and execution
- Manage media calendars and product inventory using platforms such as Google Ads Manager and Braze
- Generate and share bi-monthly campaign performance and engagement reports
Customer onboarding and administrative support:
- Support onboarding and implementation for new customer groups in partnership with the Customer Success Managers
- Set up and maintain new customer records on Salesforce
- Generate and prepare monthly reporting and ad-hoc data requests for customers

Experience you'll bring:
- Account Management / Relationship Management experience
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high-quality account management and customer service
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Braze & marketing analytics platforms
- Experience with the execution and build of EDM campaigns
