What You Will Be Doing
Architect and maintain "Brain Lifts"—our innovative framework for crystallizing deep domain insights that power both human and AI decision-making
Lead rapid-fire product iteration cycles using the OODA Loop methodology, delivering impactful changes weekly while maintaining laser focus on measurable student outcomes
What You Won't Be Doing
Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy (no endless roadmap discussions)
Jumping to solutions before mastering the problem space
Managing long development cycles—we believe in weekly shipping cadence
Making technical architecture decisions—that's what our engineering team does best
Basic Requirements
AI Product Lead key responsibilities
Proven track record with 4+ years steering product vision and strategy in leadership positions
Success story of launching a product from zero to $1M+ revenue, owning the entire journey from conception to market success
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for professional analysis, research, and strategic planning

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
