Both portfolios proudly represent outstanding family-owned wineries from Australia and abroad.About the role Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Manager Independent Groups & Wholesalers, you will drive profitable sales and long-term growth through strategic joint business plans and customer-focused strategiesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders at state and national levels to enhance partnerships.
Maximise customer and category performance while optimizing trade revenue.Foster collaboration across internal teams for seamless execution.
Represent equity and principal partner brands to drive profitable results aligned with business and customer objectives.Key Responsibilities include Lead the customer joint business plan, engaging all stakeholders to drive aligned growth strategies.
Manage the customer scorecard, tracking performance and implementing action plans to address challenges.
Oversee brand owner relationships, ensuring timely customer reviews and execution of action plans.
