Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership – Set and deliver the business strategy, aligning publishing activity with organisational direction
Business transformation – Lead the transition to a sustainable open access model and implement financially viable commissioning strategies
Commercial and financial management – Drive commercial success, including managing a budget with full profit and loss responsibility
Team and operations leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing team
Stakeholder engagement – Build strong relationships across the scholarly publishing ecosystem
Organisational contribution – Participate in the CSIRO Science Connect Leadership Team and contribute to broader organisational strategy and policy development
