HardyGroup is seeking an experienced, energetic Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns to increase brand awareness and support business growth.

This role will combine your knowledge of digital marketing, content creation and data analysis, with your ability to provide strategic advice and to execute a range of marketing activities.

Based in Sydney CBD and reporting to the Director of Marketing & Digital Growth, you will work with an experienced and dynamic team of professionals who share the company vision 'to provide organisations with the best leadership talent in the world' and values that include 'exceeding client expectations'; 'the power of team'; 'making change happen'. **The Opportunity**
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing and have relevant industry experience
- Experience in implementing and executing paid campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn,Google Ads and SEO.
- Demonstrated ability in copy writing for digital and print media and other marketing platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic and communication skills
- You can perform and deliver in a fast-paced role
