Home Job Info Teaching Role Description/Criteria Our Vision: The Holy Family is our inspiration as we strive to live out Catholic Gospel values and promote a diverse and challenging curriculum which empowers students for an ever-changing world.This school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.Holy Family Primary School, is a Catholic primary school in Bell Park and in 2026 will have an enrolment of approximately 329 students.We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and collaborative leader willing to work in a flexible and creative way within our learning environment.Key Selection CriteriaStrong knowledge of inclusive education, intervention frameworks, and behaviour support practices.Capacity to observe teaching and learning, and provide effective feedback to staff.Organisational skills to manage LSO timetabling, PSG meetings, and competing priorities.Ability to lead staff in evidence-based practices for diverse learners.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering respectful partnerships with staff, families, and allied professionals.Commitment to the mission and ethos of Catholic education, upholding MACS' Vision for Instruction and Engagement.Commitment to the Ministerial Order No. 1359 and the Victorian Child Safe Standards.Please forward your Cover Letter , Resume and responses to the Key Selection Criteria.
