The Opportunity
CSR currently have an opportunity for Work, Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) Manager to join our team based in Wetherill Park.
What you'll be working on
- Ensuring a safe working environment for CSR employees and stakeholders
- Guaranteeing CSR practices are environmentally sustainable
- Making sure SH&E activities and programs are implemented, monitored and reviewed
- Implementing, auditing, and maintaining the SH&E Management System
- Ensuring CSR complies with all SH&E legislation

What you'll bring
- Degree qualified (Safety & Health focus preferred) or working toward post graduate qualifications in SH&E Management
- Certificate IV Assessment & Training preferred
- Certificate in Return-to-Work Co-ordination required
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the profession
- SH&E leadership
- Experience in manufacturing, construction or other high risk industry
