It is an exciting time to join Nestlé Health Science, with the business experiencing exponential growth through a mix of exciting innovations and acquisitions.

In this newly created role, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) team, reporting to the Digital & eBusiness Manager

You will be a highly engaged and passionate influencer with a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude and ability to work with autonomy.

**A day in the life of...**

As the Digital Campaigns Specialist you will recruit and amplify the influencer base for Nestlé Health Science market leading brands including Vital Proteins, Optifast and Sustagen.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
- Develop an influencer content strategy and create an engaging social community
- Optimise media campaign to drive conversions across SEM, display, OLV and social
- Liaise with brand teams and external agencies to improve media ROI
- Bring to life the brand voice across social media campaigns
- Create a network of influencers to speak about the brand and build a community of fans
- Manage and maintain platforms to gather ratings and reviews
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, influencers and competition
- Execute initiatives to increase brand performance

**What will make you successful
- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player and is results focused.
- You will have proven experience in managing online media campaigns and working with agencies.
- You can demonstrate experience where you have recruited and managed influencers in previous roles.
- You will be a creative thinker and can lead innovation.
- Tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
- You will have in depth knowledge and skills of social media marketing industry, platforms and channels.
- You are able to manage social media accounts independently such as Instagram, Facebook and boosting of posts.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across ANZ.
