**About the Role**

As the **Practice Lead - Clinical Educator**, you will shape the future of aged care by developing and delivering education and training programs for our Seniors Living staff. In this pivotal role, you'll:

- Design and implement onboarding and competency-based learning modules.
- Drive clinical excellence by fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practice.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to expand student placement opportunities.
- Develop policies and procedures aligned with national and international standards.
- Support research initiatives and maintain an education calendar to address industry needs.

Reporting to the **Manager - Seniors Living Governance**, you'll contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation while upholding our mission and values.

**About You**
To excel in this role, you'll bring:

- A **Degree in Nursing** and current **AHPRA registration**.
- A **Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment** (or willingness to work towards).
- At least **five years' experience in aged care**, with expertise in developing and evaluating education programs.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Post-graduate qualifications in gerontic nursing, dementia care, quality assurance, or management.

**What We Require**
- A current National Police Certificate.
- Up-to-date Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (or ability to acquire). In accordance with government direction and/or Churches of Christ Policy.
- A valid driver's license.
