Job DescriptionChallenge yourself to lead the strategic and industrial strategy related to Cabin Crew Achieve a seamless introduction of the E190 aircraft and deliver exceptional operational performance2-year fixed term contract with Network Aviation based at Perth AirportAs the Manager Cabin Operations, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of fleet transition, including the introduction of the E190 aircraft into the Qantas Group.
You'll oversee Cabin Crew resourcing, recruitment, and support services to ensure readiness for new port implementations and enhanced customer experience.
This role plays a key part in shaping and executing the industrial strategy, managing day-to-day industrial matters, and driving operational performance across safety, WHS, cost efficiency, and On-Time Performance.
You'll build strong partnerships across Workforce Planning, Safety, Flight Operations, and other key teams to ensure seamless execution of operational projects and fleet conversion.You'll have:Strong understanding of the Cabin Crew role and its operational impactProven experience in airline operations, ideally within planning and/or operational leadership rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and drive data-informed decisionsExceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to explain strategic decisions clearlyDemonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of industrial relations practices and experience navigating industrial landscapesA track record of achieving operational KPIs, including safety, efficiency, and performance metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the business effectivelyWhy the Qantas Group?
