Job Description

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking to lead the strategic delivery of cabin crew operations? As our Senior Cabin Operations Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the industrial strategy and driving operational performance across safety, cost efficiency, and On-Time Performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic and operational delivery of fleet transition, including the introduction of new aircraft into our network.
  • Oversight of Cabin Crew resourcing, recruitment, and support services to ensure readiness for new port implementations and enhanced customer experience.
  • Develop and execute industrial strategies to drive operational performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the cabin crew role and its operational impact.
  • Proven experience in airline operations, ideally within planning and/or operational leadership roles.
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to explain strategic decisions clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
