Aged Care – Domestic Assistance WorkerKey Responsibilities:Provide household support, including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparationAssist participants to remain safe and comfortable in their own homesBuild trust and companionship with older AustraliansDeliver services during flexible hours – ideal for parents/carers looking for work during school hoursIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in domestic assistance, hospitality, or community services (desirable but not essential)Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detailAble to work independently while following care plans2.
Aged Care – Support WorkerKey Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activitiesSupport participants with mobility, social engagement, and community accessBuild positive relationships that enhance well-being and independenceWork a variety of shifts to meet participant needsIdeal Candidate:Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable)Empathetic and committed to supporting older AustraliansFlexible, dependable, and professional3.
NDIS – High & Complex Care Support WorkerKey Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care for participants with complex needs across a 24-hour roster (day, evening, sleepover, and active night shifts)Deliver specialised supports, including PEG feeding, hoisting, and tracheostomy careEmpower participants to achieve their personal goals and live with dignityEnsure safety, well-being, and compliance with care plans at all timesIdeal Candidate:Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar qualification (required for complex care)Experience in complex care or willingness to undergo trainingStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work varied shifts, including short shifts (minimum 2 hours) for morning and evening routinesUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
