You'll create a welcoming environment, so customers start their journey with us in a way that's positive.
This includes meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting our special needs customers, marshalling in aircraft, problem solving, caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for customers.You'll have –Ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a 24/7 operationRecent face to face customer service experience within the hospitality, tourism or other customer focused industriesA passion for customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitudeA proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situationsWell-developed problem solving skills and able to follow through to resolutionA strong communicator, and listenerAbility to work both in a team environment and independentlyAbility to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced operational environmentCompassion and empathy for special needs customersExceptional grooming and personal presentationAbility to successfully complete a Pre-Employment MedicalThis role is located in Alice Springs so you must be located in the area and have suitable work rights to perform the role.Why Qantas?
