We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our amazing ACT Stores.

**These are Full-time roles based in our Fyshwick, Belconnen and Tuggeranong locations.**

In collaboration with your team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the store. With a Focus to drive sales and ensure a memorable customer experience.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Plan daily work activities and allocate work assignments among team based on business needs in the areas of Back Room, Point of Sale and Dressing Rooms.
- Drive sales by identifying merchandising opportunities in each department by reviewing sales reports.
- Educate and train your team in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety.
- Oversee in-store recruitment, training and team development for future career possibilities.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of your store including rostering, financial performance and stock rotation.

**Salary**: Up to $85,000.00 per year
