People are spending more time at home and need to upgrade their furniture, so Nick Scali is experiencing great sales growth That is why we are always keen to hear from a self-motivated and efficient Online Furniture Sales Consultant. We offer a competitive remuneration package with an attractive weekend commission bonus.

**About you**:

- Love selling and have a proven track record of closing sales over the phone
- Are technology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft suite and social media channels
- Have experience in retail and/or customer service, particularly
- Have a self-starter attitude with an ability to work autonomously
- Have a friendly disposition and a customer-centric focus with an ability to problem-solve customer issues
- Have a keen willingness to learn new tools and up-skill across the broader digital marketing ecosystem
- Are familiar with e-commerce and furniture experience is a plus
- Can commit to a rotating roster, including weekends

**About the role**:

- Answering customer calls and assisting them with their furniture inquiries and processing sales over the phone
- Monitoring customer reviews and following up promptly for case resolution
- Utilisation of internal tools & systems to track, monitor, and resolve customer queries & issues
- Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing related activities for Nick Scali Online
