Sydney Furniture Factory is the largest independent furniture store in the South West. Established in 2017, they offer a huge range of quality furniture pieces and pride themselves on giving customers a 5 Star experience. Great Customer Service is really lacking in today's retail environment with large chain stores taking over. In the last 8 years, Sydney Furniture Factory has grown dramatically and now requires another Salesperson to join their dedicated team.

Sydney Furniture Factory is looking for an enthusiastic person that loves to go above and beyond to provide customers with a 5 star experience. This role is full time and needs flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends.

What the position entails:
  • Full Time, 5 Day working Week
  • Serving Customers in Store, Online and by Phone
  • Meeting Weekly Sales Targets
  • Maintaining the Showroom
  • General Warehouse Duties
Remuneration:
  • Earn $70,000 Annually ($31 per hour & Penalty Rates for Saturday [$38.75 per hour] & Sundays [$46.50 per hour]) + Weekly Bonuses/Commission + Super
  • Uncapped Bonuses and Commissions for exceeding your weekly sales targets - Paid Weekly
  • Annual Leave Loading
  • Christmas Holidays

What we require:
  • At Least 1 Year experience in selling products (actual Sales Experience)
  • Furniture Industry Experience is Preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent Presentation & Communications Skills
  • Have a passion to exceed your Sales Targets
  • Flexibility to work retail trading hours including Weekends
