About the Role :
We are seeking a customer-focused operations professional to contribute to the establishment and ongoing success of a high-performing lending operations team.

The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, team player, and capable of establishing positive working relationships across the business.
Key responsibilities include :
Managing documentation and settlement of secured asset finance and commercial loans, including fit-out loans.
Instructing and liaising with solicitors on loan documentation and settlement of commercial property and goodwill loans.
Performing quality control on in-house prepared documents before release to clients.
Ensuring all settlement conditions and requirements, including AML/KYC, are met prior to loan settlement and disbursement of funds.
Registering security on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) as required.
Handling ongoing loan servicing duties such as processing drawdowns, collecting repayments, generating statements, discharges, and variations.
Collaborating with frontline lending staff to ensure high levels of client service and compliance.
Participating in user acceptance testing for new product builds, fixes, and platform enhancements.
Engaging in project work related to operations with opportunities to expand responsibilities.
Contributing to the design and development of an operational capability to support the launch and growth of AFS lending products and channels.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will have :
A relevant degree (preferred).
Experience within a bank, fintech, or financial services company.
A positive, can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
A proactive, client-centric approach.
Effective communication skills.
