**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Graduate Product Manager** to join our Symbio Connect team. Reporting to the the Head of Global Products, this role will be responsible for assisting and partnering with Product Managers to develop strategies to protect and grow our product portfolio.

**What you'll do as a Graduate Product Manager**:

- Partner with Product Managers develop strategies to protect and grow our portfolio
- Act as anchor point between sales, operations, marketing, finance and technology business units
- Identifying innovative ideas for new and existing products
- Undertake product and market research, customer journey mapping and provide analytics
- Identify and effectively manage risks or escalate issues
- Provide feedback and work collaboratively to ensure service delivery
- Participate in product sharing sessions
- Work with Product Managers to optimise the product portfolio value and sequencing, resolving conflicts and identifying synergies across segments where necessary

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Recently completed a university degree in Software Engineering, Business or Marketing
- Strong interest in telecommunication and/or technology industries
- High performing; demonstrated by a distinction average grade
- Previous work experience or internship in product management an advantage
- Experienced or exposure to project management tools is desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Good customer service skills and ability to build good relationships
- A good sense of humour
