Our dynamic team of animal production advisors, 80+ agronomists and technical service staff work together to provide specialty agricultural services and advice, supporting our customers with a common goal of success. You will join our experienced animal production advisors and field services team to develop the latest in animal production technology, providing advanced production advice and solutions.

About The Role

AGnVET Animal Production Advisors (APA's) are resources not just for our customers but also for our staff. APAs provide support in mentoring existing staff to develop their technical and sales skills and enhance their ability to serve customers.

APAs advise customers on customised Annual Production Plans, including parasite management, nutritional programs, and industry best practices, utilizing diagnostic and data collection tools such as portable worm egg counting units and electronic identification readers for accurate data collection and precise solutions.

As an Animal Production Graduate, you will gain understanding of branch merchandising operations while being supported by our experienced team. You will provide comprehensive service to customers, from understanding their needs to sourcing solutions.

You will be based in Northern NSW, working closely with an APA and the field services team, gaining exposure to multiple branches. The graduate program will commence in early 2026 or sooner, depending on your availability.

About You

You should be a recent graduate or about to graduate with tertiary qualifications. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective interpersonal skills are essential, along with a keen interest in animal production and technology.

We seek individuals passionate about developing their technical, management, and leadership potential. Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities will be advantageous.
