With over 60 years' experience in the building industry, Stairlock is one of Australia's largest staircase manufacturers. We supply and install exceptional quality staircases and balustrade systems for commercial and residential projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth and success, we have an several Factory Hand positions available. Based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Lionsgate business park, in Elizabeth South SA, this is a full-time role.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the factory hand works as part of the production team and assist all staff in various tasks as required. This is a diverse but physically demanding role, suited to someone who is hands on and has a keen eye for detail.

**Key tasks include**:
General laboring and cleaning duties
Operating machinery and equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and required quality standards
Wrapping pallets
Warehousing duties including forklift operation
Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and requirements

**About You**:
**Essential**:
Reliable - able to get to work on time and attend consistently.
Safety mind set - always follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Physically fit - capable of standing for long periods of time and meeting the physical demands of the job
Team player - able to work well with others and as part of a team to get the job done
Accountable - you take responsibility for your own work.

**Highly Regarded**:
Forklift licence
Experience in a similar role or exposure to manufacturing environments
