**About the role**:
Icon is recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative Design, Creative & Brand Experience Lead to sit within our Brand & Communication department. The role reports into the Group Executive Brand & Communication and will suit someone with significant experience as a graphic and content designer, and experience in managing a creative team.
You will be responsible for facilitating creative brand frameworks that govern consistency across our global corporate business, managing a demanding workflow from across the global network. You'll be leading and mentoring a small but mighty team, driving efficient design processes for the wider Brand & Communication team, while managing design projects of your own.

You will need to have a good level of experience in a similar role where you've led on developing eye-catching and professional print and digital assets aligned with a company's brand, mission and values. **Key responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor the Creative & Brand Experience team
- Drive and manage workflow coming into this busy team
- Conceptualise, design, and implement digital and print projects within required timeframes
- Advise on creative options for design requests, that also sit within Icon's brand guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency across Icon Group
- Support the Brand & Communication department with creative print and digital requirements
- Coordinate with key business stakeholders to clarify design activity objectives and manage expectations
**About you**:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated person who can take responsibility for their work and who enjoys leading and bringing out the best in their creative colleagues. You'll be adept at managing and influencing numerous stakeholders within the business, and comfortable advising on brand and creative best practice. With at least six years demonstrable graphic and content design experience including leading a team, you will have creative flair, be inspired by contemporary brand and design ideas, and be familiar with working within brand and style guidelines for a growing corporate business.
