- Lead brand integrity across digital, print, merchandise, and signage.
- Create compelling content for social media, website, video, and marketing collateral.
- Manage campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement.
- Coordinate events and fundraising initiatives that connect with our community.
- Support internal communications and guide teams on brand alignment.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic campaigns and engaging content.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams on branding and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations—ideally in the not-for-profit or community services sector.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in WordPress, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in event coordination and fundraising.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A collaborative mindset and leadership experience.
