**About the Role**

You will learn and develop a wide range of practical skills including:

- Erecting and dismantling formwork for concrete structures
- Placing, compacting, and finishing concrete
- Reading and interpreting construction and engineering drawings
- Reinforcing concrete using steel and mesh
- Operating tools, machinery, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Complying with all relevant workplace health and safety protocols

This role offers the perfect balance of structured learning and real-world experience, enabling you to gain your **Certificate III in Concreting** under the guidance of skilled tradespeople and supportive mentors.

**About You**
- Have a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning a skilled trade
- Be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in varying weather conditions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to teamwork
- Hold a current P1 driver's licence and have reliable transport
- Possess a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
