Drillers Offsider Role

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Drillers Offsiders.

The role offers a physically demanding yet rewarding position alongside experienced drillers, providing long-term career opportunities through on-site certifications and training.

Key responsibilities include performing daily pre-start equipment checks, completing necessary safety paperwork and processes, assisting with routine rig, machine, equipment, and tool maintenance and cleaning, loading and unloading heavy vehicles, and manual handling of drill rods, sample bags, core trays, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in a labour-intensive role such as concreting, farming, plumbing, bricklaying, or general labour
  • Previous FIFO mining experience in any role
  • Current qualifications: WA HAZWOPER (WAH), 4WD, First Aid, Standard 11 (S11), Coal Board Medical
  • HR-B Unrestricted Licence with no restrictions
  • Prior Driller's Offsider experience
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Clean Police Record from within the last 3 months
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Current and valid S11
  • Physical and Mental Fitness
