LSR Maintenance has been providing high quality steel fabrication and engineering services to our valued customers for over 20 years. Our workshop facility is in Yennora, within the Smithfield/ Wetherill Park Industrial Zone NSW. Our workforce includes fitters, machinists, welders and metal fabricators providing practical solutions to our customers.

This opportunity exists for an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Metal Fabricator with welding, fabrication, repairs and maintenance experience.

**Desired qualifications & experience**
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- White Card (general construction induction card)
- Current forklift license
- Australian Drivers license

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to determine and calculate job requirements
- Verifying drawings and specifications before starting job.
- Ability to work with a range of materials including Structural steel, Mild steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
- Fabricate metal components and assemblies using hand tools, flame cutting torches, welding equipment, metal cutting machines including use of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines within specified tolerances.
- Work to production time frames and schedules.
- Performing quality checks.
- Ensure quality, health and safety standards are met.
- Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
