**THE ROLE**:
This role offers a hands-on learning experience with potential for career advancement within the company.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Travel to client locations to perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate field operations and project implementation.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and manage inventory accurately.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and manage basic administrative tasks.
- Deploy remote updates to mobile and fixed devices for customers.
- Qualifications:_
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma of higher; relevant technical certifications preferred.
- Two (2) years of proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role is desirable.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
- General knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical
- Concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to various client sites.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if required.
- Engineering degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security
- Physical Requirements:_
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working from heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to travel interstate and overseas if required.
- Certifications (required):_
- Cisco Certified Cyber Operations
- Cisco Routing and Switching
- Network Security Associate NSE 1 and NSE 2

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**:

- Salary Package: $85,000 (Including Superannuation)
