The role
Are you a finance professional who thrives on structure, strategy, and seeing capital projects come to life?
We're looking for a driven and detail-orientedBusiness Partner - Fixed Assetsto join our high performing team.
This is a pivotal role that blends technical accounting, strategic reporting, and leadership support ideal for someone ready to step into a 2IC position and make a tangible impact
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Capex accounting, including project setup, cost tracking, and asset lifecycle activities
Support capital budgeting, monthly reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Administer structured asset financing and leasing for mobile equipment
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and enhance reporting tools
Ensure governance, compliance, and act as 2IC to the Manager during periods of leave or project secondments
What you will need to succeed
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
Experience with SAP is essential
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and financial integrity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative approach and readiness to step into leadership when needed
