**About the roles**

We are currently seeking several casual Terminal Operators to join our Newcastle team for an immediate start. We offer an excellent casual rate of pay, under our current enterprise agreement, which can be found here.

As a Terminal Operator, you will form an essential part of the terminal operations crew involved in daily activities such as rail and road receival, shipping, road outloading, plant hygiene, and grain assessing among others. As a member of a multi-skilled work environment you can expect to be trained to take on other activities within the plant.

**About your experience**

Ideally, you'll have had some experience in plant operations in any industry, with a focus on safe work practices. Even if you don't have relevant experience, we're willing to invest in your training and development, as long as you can demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude. Please note that whilst you would initial work a span of hours Mon-Fri, we would value your flexibility to work some weekends and on a shift basis, when required.
