We are very excited to look for our newest employee, who will have the opportunity to exercise their creative and strategic muscles to make our group of brands soar
The person we are seeking must be **AVAILABLE TO COME INTO OUR OFFICE WEEKLY** and so **must be in Brisbane** and have a **drivers license** and **reliable transport**. THIS **PART TIME** POSITION IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR SPONSORSHIP.
The position is **20 to 25 hours per week**, and requires at least two days in the office each week, with the remainder of your time remote.
You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging multimedia content, including transforming raw video and images into captivating short-form video and static content for the Australian market, across various social media platforms—including potentially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok—for multiple companies spanning diverse industries.
Please provide **evidence** of your exceptional video editing and graphic design skills to produce both dynamic videos and compelling static posts that will appeal to the Australian market.
You will also be responsible for scheduling content to ensure consistent and strategic social media presence.
You need to be able to switch between different brand companies and aesthetics, and the ability to tailor content to distinct company identities, ensuring each maintains a unique and authentic online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop high-quality short-form videos and static posts that align with each company's brand identity and resonate with their target audiences.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms, ensuring optimal timing and frequency to maximize engagement.
- Understand and implement the unique voice, style, and goals of each company, ensuring distinct and non-overlapping social media presences.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital content creation to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess content effectiveness and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven Quality Video Editing: Proficiency in editing software to create visually stunning and engaging videos.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of platform-specific content requirements, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Creative Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate and educate audiences within short time frames.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret social media analytics and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Ability to design compelling static posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Adaptability: Capacity to quickly switch between different brand aesthetics and industry contexts, creating tailored content that reflects each company's unique identity.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms and companies.
**Preferred Software Proficiency**:
- Professional video editing.

- Canva or Photoshop for creating engaging thumbnails and social media graphics.
- Tools for scheduling and managing social media posts.
