Overview
Project Management Office Lead (Transformation) role at City of Boroondara. You will manage the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to deliver independent assurance across program delivery, risk mitigation, and benefits realisation. This role drives robust assurance, governance, and performance frameworks that underpin the successful delivery of the Council's transformation programs, including the Transforming Boroondara program.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic governance and oversight of the transformation portfolio.
End-to-end management of the project pipeline, including initiation and prioritisation of projects.
Track critical activities and provide independent quality assurance.
Drive ongoing uplift and continuous improvement of governance frameworks; lead effective collaboration and communication from the TMO to Executive Leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Program Management or similar.
Several years of experience in a consulting or government environment with a focus on program management and administration.
Demonstrated experience in project management tools and the development of reports and dashboards for Executives, management teams and Project Managers.
Commitment to customer experience, teamwork and continuous improvement.
