What You'll Do:
Plan and lead creative activities like games, crafts, music, themed socials, and seasonal events (yes, we love fall festivals)
Encourage residents to participate while respecting individual preferences and abilities
Work with the Life Enrichment team to design inclusive, engaging programs
Track attendance and collect feedback to keep programs fresh and fun
Build meaningful relationships with residents through daily interactions
What We're Looking For:
A warm, creative spirit and a genuine love for working with seniors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, team-oriented approach
Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus—not required
