**Position Purpose**
The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and success. They're always building on our understanding of our client accounts: the people, their objectives, challenges, context and so on. They match our services to client needs in a way that is welcomed and valued. They guide our teams to creatively, collaboratively and enthusiastically deliver results that make our clients wildly successful. The Account Manager ensures that client relationships go from strength to strength because they enjoy peace of mind while trusting us to deliver.

- Be someone your colleagues trust and love having on their side. You're thorough and insightful when briefing in client requirements. You foster collaborative relationships between our teams and client contacts. You work with the business to ensure teams are resourced and set up to do great work.
- Deliver excellent results, on time and on budget by overseeing campaigns and projects from start to finish, from producing thorough briefs to post-project reporting, debrief and analysis with the client and all stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed relationship, reputation and revenue goals with your accounts.
- Help create a team environment grounded in mutual respect, partnership, open communication, a drive for excellence and a growth mindset.
- Assist with managing and allocating resources, tracking project finances and monitoring forecast resource allocations.
- Oversee the campaign and project planning, design, budgeting and production of the teams' projects
- Ensure client-facing comms, proposals, project plans and other documents are produced and maintained to the highest possible standard
- Some international and national travel is required on occasion

**Experience/Qualifications Required To Perform This Position**
- Cross-channel marketing B2B knowledge essential
- Experience running a high volume of large and small-scale campaigns - often with many running simultaneously
- Ideally experience working for a content, digital or ABM agency
- A minimum of 5 years of account management experience preferred
- Experience using Google Docs, Excel, Word
- A degree in Marketing / Communications is preferable

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
