**Description**:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this position is responsible for driving the opportunity to conversion by working collaboratively with the sales team to conduct sales activities and to close opportunities. This role, as the inside sales representative of the sales team, manages the sale from Identified Lead (for remedial) and from Builder Appointed (for new projects) through to supporting the tendering installers and finally the appointed installer to drive the sale conversion. This role will follow the defined sales process including scheduling appointments for the sales team and working collaboratively with the account managers for stock information and to produce the final quote for the installer to ensure customer satisfaction throughout order fulfilment through to final delivery. This role is required to have sound technical knowledge of our products and will be required to use this knowledge to education both our customers and the wider marketplace.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Results focused - following through to get the end result every time
- Proven sales experience

Desirable
- Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
- Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with business software such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.
