We're looking for a motivated Safety & Training Coordinator to help drive a strong safety culture while supporting the growth and capability of our workforce.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering variety, impact, and the chance to shape how safety and training work hand-in-hand across the business.
About the RoleThis role is focused on combining safety with development.
You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace, while also delivering hands-on training that builds capability and confidence across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Champion a strong safety-first culture across the site Review and improve safety documentation, procedures, and processes Conduct safety observations, walkthroughs, and toolbox talks Deliver engaging induction sessions tailored to different learning styles Complete competency assessments and maintain accurate training records Partner with leaders to identify safety and training needs and uplift team capability Maintain and manage the site training matrix and prepare reports About You: Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (highly regarded) Experience in a high-risk environment such as food production, warehousing, or manufacturing Strong communication and facilitation skills – able to adapt to different audiences and learning styles Confident building relationships across diverse teams and cultures Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a difference in both safety and training A positive role model who cares about cultural fit and helps others to work safer, smarter, and better every day If you're ready to take the next step in your career while helping others grow and succeed, Apply Now or for a confidential discussion please call Michelle Gardon-Horrocks on ************
