We are looking for a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) who is ready to lead a passionate team in our Miranda store.

Our Head Coaches are accountable for every aspect of the retail store operation.
Working closely alongside our Retail Leadership team, this role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing their team and driving brand growth.

The Role
Lead a passionate team and be part of an incredible Miranda store.
The Head Coach is accountable for all store operations, coaching and developing the team, building local community connections, and driving brand growth in partnership with the Retail Leadership team.

Coaching & Leadership
Coach and build a world-class team that embraces our values and educates the community on our products
Foster a culture focused on continual improvement and on-the-floor mentoring
Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate trainings and team meetings
Coach your team on setting fitness, career and personal goals
Community
Create a local store community plan to engage and drive the LSKD community into your space
Design and facilitate in-store events to connect with the community and add value to their brand experience
Build relationships with local values-aligned partners and involve the team in sweat sessions and classes to authentically engage with the movement
Store Operations
Own store performance through managing and measuring against key KPIs
Deliver weekly/monthly reflections on business performance, strengths and opportunities
Plan floor coverage, ensure efficient floor operations
Plan monthly business strategy and set goals
Manage stock levels and visual merchandising (VM)
Adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
