- Support event operations by making sure bookings, communications, and logistics run smoothly.

- **Ask the right questions** so our ops team has _everything_ they need. No missing info. No assumptions.
- **Own the details** — because missing the small stuff can cause big issues.
- Use your tech skills daily — our CRM, Google Suite, and helpdesk systems keep us moving fast.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Sales**: Talk to clients, understand their needs, and build tailored event packages.
- **CRM Management**: Log all leads, conversations, bookings, and event details accurately.
- **Assist with Event Support**: Prepare event run sheets, confirm bookings, and ensure handover to ops is seamless.
- **Problem-Solving**: Step in and find solutions when things go off-script.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up with trends, new equipment, and fresh event ideas.
