**The opportunity to join our team**
- The Conceptual Design Lead is responsible leading ideation and creation of integrated campaigns, setting the creative direction and expectation of the design studio and managing the team to that standard. customerandadvice

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design studio - ensuring the team are clear on creative expectation, design direction, delivery commitments and making great work
- Generate creative ideas to meet internal briefs
- Be the lead creative collaborator with external agencies to create and deliver integrated campaigns
- Be the creative voice across the business
- Creative stewardship across all creative disciplines (writing, content, social)

- Proven design experience and creative ability - idea generation not just execution
- True multi-media, multi format capability (digital, design, video, motion, animation)
- Presentation at exceptional scale
- Knowledge of all major design programs
- Able to lead while being on the tools as well
