**The Village** **Home Care Services** is looking for experienced Age Care Support Workers to provide **Community Care Services** to our residents as well as a few select clients outside the villages.

Our Villages are located in Yeronga, Coorparoo and Redcliffe. We are actively recruiting for a client requiring **24hr care in Hamilton**. Client is not high needs. Additional shifts may be available in the villages.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Prepare food & assist clients with eating
- Assist Clients with medication

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car insurance
- COVID 19 Vaccination

On offer will be **excellent remuneration**, a pleasant working environment and training opportunities. This is casual position with solid hours and the option to transition to permanent part-time in the future.

**Salary**: $28.68 - $63.09 per hour

**Experience**:

- Aged Care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
