This role is for someone who wants to **roll up their sleeves**, partner with leadership and data analysts, and make HubSpot the **single source of truth** for our business. You will not only build workflows, automations, and dashboards but also make them **intuitive and clutter-free** so non-technical teams can use them effortlessly. And as we grow, you will expand HubSpot beyond sales and service into **marketing and more**, helping us turn CRM into a true growth driver.

**What You'll Do**:
This is not a strategy-only role. You will be the **hands-on builder** and the **system owner** of HubSpot. That means:
- ** Streamline Pipelines**: Shorten, simplify, and reduce friction in every pipeline so teams can work faster and more effectively.
- ** Manage Change**: Reduce clutter, keep change fatigue low, and make HubSpot intuitive for non-technical users. Ensure adoption is smooth and teams get the information they need easily and quickly.
- ** Build and Ship Workflows**: Implement automations, lead routing, nurturing sequences, and lifecycle management.
- ** Own Reporting**: Build dashboards that drive real decisions for leadership and sales teams.
- ** Ensure Data Hygiene**: Maintain a reliable, structured, and scalable CRM foundation.
- ** Integrate Systems**: Connect HubSpot with our LMS, CMS, billing systems, and future platforms.
- ** Lead by Doing**: Work directly with 2 inhouse HubSpot specialists, guiding them while building alongside them.
- ** Partner for Growth**: This role reports to the Head of Technology and works with our data analysts to ensure HubSpot becomes a growth driver. Together, you will ensure data is clean, reporting is accurate, and insights highlight gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation or investment.
