Customer Support Assistant

The RoleAt Infinite Aged Care, the Customer Support Assistant collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders, including the General Manager, nursing and care staff, allied health professionals, residents, and their families.
The role involves providing prompt and confidential administrative and sales support in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.About YouYou are an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to:Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Perform accurate data entry and manage your workload independently to meet deadlinesPossess a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be eligible to obtain oneHave a flexible, proactive attitude and a passion for quality aged care supportIdentify and prevent safety hazards proactively in the workplaceExperience in regulated environments such as healthcare or childcare is advantageous, as is a Certificate II or III in administration.Who are we?
