- RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal loans, investment notes to property development finance loans.

What will you be doing?- Delivering induction training to new recruits and refresher sessions for current consultants across our distribution channels.-
- Identify skill gaps for sales teams and conduct appropriate product/sales training within Sales & Member Service-
- Development and deliver training/coaching programs for RAC Finance staff-
- Ensure the ongoing education of Sales & Member Service employees regarding AML/CTF requirements and obligations, with particular reference to suspicious transaction reporting, and managing any error or compliance breaches accordingly-
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders and generating business from channels to meet personal finance objectives-
- Identifying opportunities to promote RAC Finance and to increase its profile-
- Design and deliver incentive programs to our distribution channels to drive business outcomes-
- Supporting their leader in product enhancements-
- Travelling between RAC sites (metro and regional)What are we looking for in you?- Demonstrated experience in training and sales coaching-
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of oral and written communication-
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills-
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills-
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills-
- High attention to detail, time management and organisational skills-
- Cert IV in Training is highly desired-
- Current drivers' licence is mandatory-
- Proven ability to move beyond reactive approaches to think strategically to optimise opportunities.What can we offer you?
