Key Responsibilities
As a seasoned expert in Salesforce solution architecture, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise programs. This includes defining architectural principles, development standards, and DevOps practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce technologies and features to stay ahead of the curve.
Develop phased implementation strategies tailored to client priorities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage scope, timelines, and risks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
A strong track record of leading complex Salesforce programs and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.
Experience with DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
A passion for solving business challenges through technology innovation.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or System Architect are highly advantageous.
Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
