We're assembling a unique, high-performing team to support a major, large-scale project and we're looking for a skilled Technical Lead to play a key role in driving its success.

As the Technical Lead, you'll provide strategic technical leadership across our Service Delivery team, working closely with clients, internal teams, and management to ensure excellence in execution and delivery

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Project Manager with technical input to maintain timelines and budget, including project planning, time estimates, and risk identification.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, champion best practices, and oversee technical governance across projects and support services.
- Provide expert guidance across all projects and support lifecycle processes.
- Mentor and support technical team members throughout project execution.
- Act as the first point of contact for major incidents and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Conduct technical solution reviews and work in tandem with the architecture team.

**About you**
- Proven experience leading and supporting engineers in delivering complex IT infrastructure and networking projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery—scoping, planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Trusted escalation points for resolving advanced networking and collaboration challenges.
- Proficient in tracking project and team performance metrics, with a data-driven approach to driving accountability.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership on technical strategy, planning, and resource forecasting.
- Strong understanding of Cisco network technologies—deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of multi-tenant environments and Cisco Software Define Access networks.
- Familiarity with firewall technologies (Check Point, Fortinet).
- Strong documentation skills and experience with tools like Microsoft Visio and draw.io for network diagrams and handovers.
