We're seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. With multiple locations available across Queensland, this is your chance to build a rewarding career where your work truly matters.

In this role, you'll be supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and household tasks, encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their personal goals, assisting with transport and community participation, and building genuine, respectful connections with clients and their families.

To be successful, you'll ideally have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or be studying Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field), a valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance, current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain), and an NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain). Most importantly, you'll bring empathy, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Pay: $35.15 - $84.89 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
