We help streamline workflow, billing, document management, and client collaboration, all in the cloud.
We're growing fast and building a team of client-focused, tech-savvy professionals who want to make a difference in the way accountants work.As our Training and Content Co-Ordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging training experiences, creating high-quality support content, and helping our clients get the most out of Kloud Connect.Partnering with the Client Success Manager, you'll work to deliver highly engaging user content, promoting system features and benefits and driving optimal user engagement.This is more than just a training role; it's a career pivot opportunity.
You'll join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and you'll be on the front line of helping accounting firms succeed in a digital world.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and update help articles, quick-start guides, release notes, and internal documentation.Use AI-powered tools to streamline the creation and delivery of content.Maintain a clear, consistent voice in all documentation that reflects our brand's tone and simplifies complex information.Facilitate onboarding sessions and webinars for new clients, as required.
Tailored to different user roles within accounting practices.Record training videos and walkthroughs to support ongoing learning and self-serviceProvide level 1 technical and troubleshooting support, as required.Present confidently to groups (virtually and in person) to drive engagement and build client confidence.Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to produce fit for purpose content and fill knowledge gaps.Participate in team meetings and product release reviews to stay current on new features and changesWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Background:A basic understanding of Australian accounting practices, gained through administration, bookkeeping, or client-facing roles.Interest in technology, software, and how people learn.Strong written communication skills with a knack for simplifying instructions.Personal Qualities:Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable interacting with a range of client personalities.Willing to learn, try new tools, and work independently.Ability to present to business leaders and user groups in a confident and professional way.Ability to adjust training styles to suit a wide range of learning needs and different experience levels with technology.Open to using AI to enhance productivity, create content, and improve client experiences.Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.About Kloud ConnectAt Kloud Connect, we're passionate about simplifying the complex and helping businesses thrive through innovative cloud-based solutions.
